Our pricing is fair, transparent and aligned with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and guidelines. Before your service begins, we provide a clear, itemised quote explaining all rates, supports and additional costs. There are no hidden fees, and every invoice clearly shows the services delivered, so you always understand exactly what you are being charged for.

Example: Eight-Hour Midweek Day Respite

For an eight-hour weekday visit with personalised 1:1 support:

• 1:1 care and support: 8 hours × $73.58 = $588.64 • Facility & Hospitality fee: 8 hours × $24 = $192 • Total cost: $780.64

The care and support component may be charged to an eligible NDIS plan or paid privately. It includes individual assistance, supervision, agreed activities, personal care where required and family updates.

The Facility & Hospitality fee is privately funded and is not charged to your NDIS plan. It includes use of Elena House and its communal, recreational and wellness spaces; freshly prepared meals, refreshments and snacks; household facilities and consumables; utilities; cleaning and laundry; activity equipment; house preparation; administration and visit coordination.

Transport, external admission or activity fees, personal purchases, medications and specialist clinical services are not included. Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed upon before your booking.

Facility & Hospitality Sliding Scale

• Up to 4 hours: $30 per hour—$120 • Up to 6 hours: $27 per hour—$162 • Up to 8 hours: $24 per hour—$192 • Up to 10 hours: $21 per hour—$210

A minimum four-hour booking applies to ongoing visits. For your first introductory visit of up to six hours, the Facility & Hospitality fee is waived. Care and support charges still apply.
